Program 1: Certificate Programme in Orthodox Christian Spirituality
The Certificate Programme in Orthodox Christian Spirituality offers a structured and enriching study of the Christian faith in conversation with the wider religious and intellectual world. The programme explores key areas such as Comparative Theology, Theological Ethics, Philosophy of Religion, Patristic writings of Church Fathers, Ecumenism and Iconography.Through these areas of study, participants are encouraged to deepen their understanding of Orthodox Christian spirituality while engaging thoughtfully with other religious traditions, contemporary ethical questions, and the role of faith in public life.
Program 2: Introduction to the study of Holy Sacraments
This certificate course deepens participants’ understanding of the sacramental life of the Orthodox Church. Grounded in Holy Scripture, Holy Tradition, patristic teaching, and liturgical practice, the programme presents the Holy Sacraments as vital expressions of God’s saving grace, essential to spiritual growth and the journey toward theosis. Participants will explore the prayers, rites, symbols, and liturgical traditions of the Sacraments while reflecting on contemporary challenges through the lens of apostolic faith.
